As a Customer service representative, you are the first point of contact with Swiss customers. Your duties and responsibilities include managing incoming calls, E-mails and Chat with customers. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. You have an investigative spirit and you are comfortable solving complicated situations. We develop our communication procedures, guidelines and policies that will help you to own the process and engage customers. During the quiet times of the day your willingness to learn and help colleagues in other departments, so we can achieve our goals together, is a big plus.
You have proven experience as a Client Service Representative or you are ready to gain this skill in a really short time. You are fluent at least in one of the languages in the title. Typical Microsoft office tools don’t scare you. In pandemic times, working from home is an opportunity for you. Video conferencing and remote appointments are also part of the game. Essential is an excellent customer orientation. Even the most complicated situations don’t put you off. Marked telephone call handling skills and polite communication are a must. Your profile is completed with an ability and willingness to act in a multitasking, interdisciplinary and cooperative manner.
